They are very professional and responsive. It took some time to figure out what the issue was because it wouldn't do it when the repairman first came, but once the issue happened, he knew right away what it was. They had to order the part and when the part came in, the repair went smoothly and everything is working fine. I hope I dont have more appliance issues but will call them if I do. Highly recommend.
